Action Labor is celebrating its 30th year in the temporary labor business. Each employee is provided with transportation, safety equipment and safety training where applicable. Our employees are given an orientation and trained on the policies of each client’s job site, as well as provided with safety equipment, meals, water, transportation, vacation and bonuses. Action Labor also implemented numerous employee benefits and incentive bonuses, which allows us to attract and retain a quality worker.
